According to the earlier documents, they are in Key West, held by the court appointment custodian, which is the Emerald group. According to the new documents, some must be somewhere else, because it request they are brought to the "jurisdiction".
Also, re reading the filing, it says the Fishers have 15 days (which is July 3rd) to file an amendment. So that looks like the next date to mark.
