Why enter into a contract to leased planes that some are basically not air worthy at time of lease, with some strange end of lease stipulations about all planes having a Air Worthiness Certificate?
Does the Aztec agreement list a monetary lease? I always thought that the two companies had some type of shared service agreement where Aztec would fly freight and Twin Air would fly passengers, but this has only been my opinion. I think this because the plane that Twin Air has from Aztec, was their only passenger plane. The other two remaining Aztec planes are older twin engine freight haulers.
