As far as the companies website goes, that website hadn't been updated since the 10-Q's and 10-K's stopped filing as a result of Davis having their licensed revoked. The company BFAR subsidiaries are all still in business and the shareholders are still holding on to their mass of shares. It would make no sense to me to let this company go and so the shares as well. BFAR will update and have a new website going prior or after the commencing of the SEC 10-K's.
So your response of "nothing comes out of nothing" sounds like the sayings of "there is no God but God."
