E-mail communication,very brief: Mr Kazia is hopeful that we/OTOW is done with USDA loan application corrections and additional information required. Mr Kazia is also hopeful we shall see/know very soon if the USDA loan application is done/complete.End.

Done/complete meaning:
OTOW was assigned a “GFR” (general field representative) and the “GFR” decides if the loan application is complete enough to be sent to Washington D.C. for more indepth review and the “PNF”(public notice filing)
