Jeff recently lowered the A/S from 1,000,000,000 to 750,000,000 why the hell would he raise it now??? He has not diluted any shares into the market in the past few months. Even though there is room in the O/S to increase the float. He has not increased the float!!!!. He stated in a Press Release that said the company/himself would be buying back shares.

KMAG has positive revenue that is growing nicely each quarter. They have no real reason to increase A/S at the present time. If we go out on a limb then one possible scenario that comes to my mind would be for potential acquisitions or something along those lines. But highly doubtful at the present time IMO.

Bringing up ideas that make no sense like you have is pointless and scares potential investors. IMO

Incredible potential in KMAG and at the current PPS shares are a bargain. Looking forward to a nice update from Jeff any day now!!!!
