Bighead TV is a flop, their own doing so that one cannot be put on OTOW. Any cell phone service, towers or Palm coast projects announced was contingent to financing being realize. Did I say that Big head TV is a flop and cannot help themselves, let alone OTOW? When financing is realize, then all previously announce projects will go forward. Until then, both shareholders and none shareholders will have to be patient.
