As long as JT is doing things by the book, he probably can't get in trouble. if the SEC cracked down on every company that was pulling scams the market/economy would falter. he moved to a very prominent area in conn. from what i've heard. must be making good money somehow.... i wonder. have you ever read the disclaimer (forward looking statements). feed us bullshit, issue more shares, somehow cash out those shares to another company he is probably an advisor to and gets a bonus! just thinking out loud, don't know if its even possible but today anything is possible.
