I got it. Bad example on my part then. Thanks for clearing that up.

Let me use a more relevant example for the point I was driving at. I suggested the possibility that the Arizona Gold registration data may have just been purged from the AZBOTR database (being 3+ yrs old). You said they keeps all records. Shouldn't Don Jenkins still appear there as inactive or revoked or something?
