Gold Mining USA Inc. is currently evaluating several mineral opportunities with a view to starting activities through the acquisition of mineral exploration and mining projects. We are currently in negotiations with other mineral resource companies and gold and silver mine projects to find the best fit for our company and our shareholders. In any future exploration efforts we will test for deeper concealed targets that have been indicated by geological investigation.

Future exploration will also feature shallow trenching and drilling to define shallow surface exposed silver and gold mineralization that may be extracted by open cut mining. This could provide additional mill feed of both high grade and lower grade ores for future processing plants.

Gold Mining USA Inc. aims to economically treat any low-grade ore found placing the operations in a unique position far advanced from many other exploration and mining companies.
