I do think that those restricted shares should be released.The company calls the shots with the TA so it is in USRI's hands. The only reason I can think of for a delay is that USRI may be concerned that there will be some dumping of shares by some which of course would hurt share price just when SP & volume are starting to pick up. At this stage they want to show some positive strength not weakness.
If that is a concern by them I can understand. At this point I'm ok to wait a while longer since things are starting to gel but I would like some sort of PR. If USRI wants to wait until SP or future developments come to fruition I can live with that but some announcement on time frame for release(3,6,9 months whatever)
at this stage is appropriate and the right thing to do for long term shareholders.
