The relationship you refer to can be sustained with Ed as Chairman rather than CEO. If all parties were involved in the decision making process then an amicable solution to these types of issues can be reached. The major shareholder(s) should be part of this process as well. A concerted effort by everyone involved would bring a lot more focus to where we are heading. It feels like everything is disjointed and uncoordinated at the moment and that is the result of a lack of leadership and drive.
