There are many that could dump lots that size that aren't insiders, including myself. You are speculating and spreading rumors now yourself, insiders have to file a form when trading, and, our insiders mostly have RESTRICTED shares, kind of hard to dump them. You accuse others of speaking rumors and such, well, you're as guilty as the rest of us. Now Parsons could still be dumping, but, again, he's no longer considered an insider.
