I don't understand why people keep saying this has a chill on it. I went to the otc website and they are current. If you trade with td ameritrade or one of the others that won't allow it to trade, call them and ask why and tell them. They can take forever to remove these restrictions and if you don't call and let them know they won't lift it. Hell I will call them and ask. If trade restrictions were lifted more people could trade this.
