Blue, I know it takes 7 years for a drug to be approved, how long for medical devices. Why wouldn't IMDS push their attorneys to sue the hedge fund, lobbiest and or the FDA to bring the situation to light? There are laws on the books regarding monopolizing industries. We watched Microsoft go through them years ago.
