correct me if i am wrong. Just because they are talking bankruptcy, doesn't mean they have to actually go through with it. Not to mention the judge doesn't have to agree with it either. Won't know for sure until after the actual court date when they get to the altar, the bride or groom could run. The way everything else has been going with this, i wouldn't put it past them to use this for taking some more of your shares. JMO. i am holding mine, and someone sure is sucking up the shares that come available.
