Punch is aquired, it is administation advantages to wait till new quarter begins, in otherwords, lot better looking and easier filings!IMO,
They made the decision till July to finalize for greater purposes!Otherwise, it would be done already! It is only administation controls that make it easier!

So the done and finalized deal will br the first week of July! I think it will be July 2nd! Unless it is on Sunday July 1st! And again it is finalize when the ink is on paper! They already both said YES!

IMO, only, it makes the paper work alot easier! Roll on ICPA!
