Yes, after my meeting with GERS senior officials and several important questions were answered for my wife and me, I substantially increased my position; not for tomorrow but the very long term. Why? The lynch pin to everything, including a reasonable horizon for successful ending of the litigation is new financing. Once that occurs everything in my opinion will fall like a house of cards in GERS favor. It is possible that new financing could occur at any time, from tomorrow to next decade.
