We shareholders are currently paying our CEO the average salary of a company with a NET worth of $2.5 Million. At the current PPS, that amounts to 675,000,000 shares each year that had to be sold just to pay this guy to make a few 2 hour phone calls, spend a year surveying Puerto Rico Hotels at our expense, Handing out free TV's to Ohmaha Double Tree and to pay another $2 Million of our investment dollars to have a helicopter put a dish on top of Philly Marriott so he could install our system in their hotel free of charge. on Jan 18, 2012 he announced "Today it is satisfying to report, however meager initially, our ad-revenues have begun at our inaugural Philadelphia installation. Moreover, at the current pace of ad-sales, I expect this installation to be fully-booked with advertisers and generating expected revenue, which we have always believed was attainable, by early in the second fiscal quarter."

Well SP? We are 11 days from the End of the second fiscal quarter, way past any definition of "early in the second fiscal quarter". where are we with generating that expected revenue? either we hit it or we didn't, but either way, you owe us shareholders an answer to that. We are past the 60-90 day window for the Philly contract. What are our results? PR's cost too much? admittedly not the same thing, but tweets are free, but we don't even get but a few of those a month, none of which have any clarity. Too Busy, don't have the time? Then why spend two hours on phone with one shareholder, yet continue to ignore repeated phone calls and emails to you from others? I can go on for days and not finish with this list, but you know what they are.

This isn't Rocket Science, you are operating a Corporation owed by shareholders, yet you go about your business as if this your own Garage private venture. I am really tired of hearing about the same sales pitch you give to everyone of your shareholders that you feel inclined to call. It really doesn't matter to me how much of your own savings you have invested in this CORPORATION. I could care less whether you have your kids college money tied up here. There is absolutely no relevance. My only concern is making money, which includes demanding that you earn what we are paying you, by doing the things that are required of you. To date you have provided very little evidence to suggest that you are worthy of the Salary we have paid you, much less the salary that we have advanced you. I think you will find me to be a fairly tolerant guy, I don't expect perfection, just give me the facts and an opportunity to make rational decisions. I don't think that is too much to ask of someone we are paying to do just that. All this other stuff you feel inclined to do outside of your responsibilities as CEO of our company, well that's all fine and good, but that in no way alleviates your primary responsibilities of running the operations of TiVUS...If you can't handle that, say the word.
