Thank you for your response Coach, and for the kind words.

It is very good to me, to know that the share structure remains the same. I figured the monetary value would be different due to exchange rates as well.

I was also thinking why a European market, could it be a strategic move to have the stock publicly traded there BEFORE the Olympics so when they show their presence there, people in the area could invest?

Forgive the shallowness of my train of thought, I have not had coffee yet lol

Also this brings a lot more questions to the light. if it is the same share structure do ALL of the same rules apply? Can they buy back shares through this exchange that exceed the number of shares they can buy (25% of 4week ADTV) as per the SEC rules that limit our exchanges?

What is the United States equivalent exchange? Is the BME viewed as a wild, volatile market in Europe? Just like the OTC, and Pinks here?

Do "institutional investors" look at stocks on this BME? I ask because if so, then perhaps this was a move to secure better financing options through Europe. Is it even legal to secure financing there? Perhaps we have the UK office coming online.. Don't forget the Canada office was in the works for 2 years.. Maybe thats part of the setup with the UK office, ya know the whole HFL labs, Informed Choice debacle..

Another point that has popped into my head is that of the float.. Is "MSLP" about to gain a whole ton of new investors? If so we have already witnessed what little volume is doing right now in relation to the pps.. Can anyone imagine another set of "longs" coming on board this stock in that area? Trying to secure substantial positions like we have here? The demand will go up.. and it seems the supply is getting pretty low lol

Also would it be safe to say that all of the claims about MP not caring about shareholders is a bogus statement? I mean why add another exchange and have a whole other set of "needy" retail investors?(i use the word "needy" because thats a point that people have made when talking about retail investors and keeping them happy as opposed to the insiders)

Quite a few questions for me in regards to this new data.. I think at this point the one I would like personally find out the most is: WILL THIS ALLOW MP TO SECURE FINANCING THROUGH BANKS IN THAT MARKET?

going to get coffee! smile
