Loupai, as far as I know, most companies wont give out information that would affect the share price. As far as the auditor or company buying cheap shares, well that is very probable only in consideration of the last two spikes. Who would want to buy a lot of shares if they were not sure of a return. So the only convincing effort to ensure my assertions are the last two spike volumes followed with little selling afterwards. Last, insiders are holding on to millions of shares, and what will they gain, but only lose if the stock doesn't trade as a public entity.
