3.) Is every hotel (Philly only 1400 rooms) going to take 2 years. This has gotten ridiculous.

No -- the first one (in anything) takes awhile. It is like in airlines, when the first 737 plane gets refurbished with new tech and new interiors, it will take forever (60-90 days)! They have to get the kinks out, make sure everything is safe, etc. However, after the first one is done, the second refurb plane becomes faster and the third one after that is even faster simply because everyone knows what they're doing and everyone knows what works/doesn't work. Eventually they get it down to a few weeks!

Hopefully (as they continue to do more installs) they will get it down to a few months if they do work for a specific chain. However, my concern is where are they going to get the capital?
