An answer addressing this post may have been posted, but quite honestly I haven't gotten through all of them yet so I will just post in case no one has.

Tivus uses that suite 100 address as part of their business, but it is actually office space maintained by a group called REGUS business solutions. I hear their advertisement daily on XM radio. They allow people with small businesses that operate say from home offices or not necessarily a place where you would want to entertain customers. It allows them on a very small budget to have an office space and meeting facilities should the need arise.

my opinion, but I think this is actually a rather clever way on SP's part to keep cost as low as possible while building the business.

I hope this clarifies any worries, I don't think that office space at the same location for rent is necessarily any cause for concern. You should be able to call the phone service there, and ask if it will make you feel better, certainly.
