As far as stock going from 4$ to 80 cents is not what anyone wants to see.Of course looking at the filings most recent and past..

Stock-based Compensation

We have not granted any stock options or warrants during the quarters ended March 31, 2011 and 2012, and no options or warrants were outstanding at any time during 2011 and 2012. We issued shares of common stock for services performed by officers, directors and unrelated parties during 2011 and we expect to issue shares for services in the future. We recorded these transactions based on the value of the services or the value of the common stock, whichever was more readily determinable.

My thought on this is that certain people or a person was compensated for services,and not considering the company's extreme growth in the last year simply blew the stock into the market.Thus the stock at bargain basement prices.

Please read the filing(s)close.I base my investment decision on growth.Now being that the price is ridiculously cheap,and the company has achieved exactly what they said over the past year.Looking at .60 cents EPS with still only 7.7 mil shares out,I would have to say I am licking my chops.As well as other people I know loading the boat.
