I for one am NOT surprised!! I've posted before that I was sure the FDA was heavily influenced by lobbiest's to prevent this from moving forward. If the FDA looks the other way within regards to the sale of tobacco products they will certainly look the other way with IDSI on this matter. It's all about the money. The FDA has to be stripped down, revamped, reorganized of all management and redefined. There's nothing to loose by not letting your Congressman and Senators know about this injustice!!

In 1994, my wife had was given a clean bill of health from her mammogram. 45 days later, we found a mass in her breast that took her life over 7 years. Yea, I have some personal interest in the technology of IDSI let alone the financial aspects.
