LOL! I'm amazed Terri liked it...the faces she was making while I was shredding it weren't looking to promising LOL I saw a bunch of other recipes I want to try too.

The fries SUCKED! They didn't have the crinkly ones so we got those...that was the first and LAST time we ever get the plain ones. When I bake them I put a disposable grate for a grill upside down on top of a cookie sheet so the air can get under them and make them crispy...even THAT didn't help those. They tasted ok...but they were mushy and not crunchy on the outside.
