Offcourse this is the overriding issue. A company that has $544,686 net lossen in the first 3 months alone,that says a lot about the level of the management and the direction CoreWafer Industries is heading.
"Historically, the Company has sustained its operations primarily through equity and debt financing. These conditions raise
substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."
You are right whaddaino,this is all very promising. lol

And if you still are not convinced: " Any additional equity or debt financings could result in substantial dilution to our stockholders.
If adequate funds are not available, we will be required to delay, reduce or eliminate some or all of our planned activities

NO i should have sold or sell tomorrow.
I SHOULD NEVER GOTTEN INVOLVED IN COREWAFER INDUSTRIES IN THE FIRST PLACE.
If i had any funding left i would averaged down and get the hell out of here. But now i have to much loss with this stock to sell now.
SO people do yourself a favor and don't get involved in Corewafer Industries. There are better stocks out there. If u do a little DD i'm sure you'll find them.

And whaddaino don't worry about cheapies. I guarantee you,with the way pps is declining week after week ,you will be able to buy all the cheapies you want.
