I am an Investor in your company and I moderate and Investors Hub message board. I know you have recently changed your company business plan as well as the ticker symbol. These are good things in the eyes of the investors. Now With the recent sudden drop in price per share which I believe can be explained by shorting some investors are backing off. There are a couple of things that I know would increase Investor Confidence in your company and would appreciate if you could comment on them for me to share with message board. I am not asking for any insider information just general public knowledge answers as I would not want to break any laws as I am sure you do not wish too either.


1.) Going at least current information again in the pink sheets. Is there any chance we will see that again soon?


2.) Your A/S is 10 billion that is huge!! Is there any plans to reduce the A/S in the near future?


3.) The Company reverse split for business plan change. Are we at your desired share structure to avoid another one?

There are no immediate plans to reduce the outstanding.

There is no immediate plan to do a reverse split.



I am working on the requirments on pinksheets for the financials regarding limited information. The material changes have been put in the press releases since our last information statement was posted.
