Patents are not bad or Unamerican, but creating companies that do nothing fabricate patent suits outta thin air in an attempt o be shut up by Giants like GOOG, MSFT, APPL are pathetic and as useless to the growth of America as Chinese Goods piled up to the rafters in US basements!!!
