Service -

So, i have been a paying customer now for a month and the service is good when the company sends out movies (3 days at the most to my mailbox). However, when i send them back it takes more than 5 business days for them to receive the movie and have it logged back in. Obviously it does not take 5 days to get back to them. Needs some improvement on this part. Another problem is everytime i send movies back i send all 3 at one time. The 3 rounds i have had 2 movies are received in 5 to 6 days yet 1 of them alwasys takes longer, all times 8 days to be logged back in. Seems like a strange coincidence. Either way, 9 movies the first month is pretty damn good for 17 bucks and all movies were new releases.
