Need help understanding the SHO list please.
I need to know how the SP of a stock is affected by or reacts to the listing and coming off the list. As best I can tell the SP after being put on the SHO list goes down, MM manipulations to get their shares cheap to cover with.. when a stock comes off the list is it pretty much certain it will go back up to where it was before being put on the list? Need some help guys.
