You re absolutely right. I just spoke with VP finance and he told me (3) months time is the maximum.
It seems like everything will be just fine in the end: the new auditor will have to go trough normal process and do the work. He added that If there were any problems with the company the new auditor would not take the job..." the new auditor always make sure with the last auditor that there is no diligences".
It seems like the old auditor resigned with no reason.
SGOCO is also working closely with Nasdaq to resume trading...he added. LETS HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Full year results come out- just after Q1 and Q2 will also come out.
