Gagged TA, unaudited financials, mountains of BS PRs, dilution to the tune of almost 450X over, 3 years of humping someone else's products that still practically nobody knows or cares about outside stock market message boards and the CEO's family in a niche that represents .6% of the beverage market and has 350+ competitors in it - and it's going to be worth 2.4 Billion $ in the future?
