I'm in San Diego, CA. The pps, based on the Earnings per share, is based on the Total Outstanding, not the float. That is why this stock, I believe will do a reverse split. When the stock price reaches $5/ share or more many more entities--mutual funds, stockbrokers, etc-- will then be able to buy the stock. That is when the price will really move.
