Board question: Kinase inhibitors - VEGFR inhibitors. Has anyone run across highly specific VEGFR inhibitors in the clinic. Given the large number of very specific MET inhibitors I expected at least a few highly specific VEGFR inhibitors - but so far all appear to have fairly broad kinase activity?

And, of course, a more general question - for all the various kinase actors (often TKIs, but not always - e.g. MetMab), what percentage are highly specific? And what kinases have no such specific inhibitors in the clinic?
