Exactly! That shows what an ass-backwards company JBI truly is.

Think about this carefully: The only living person who knows the secret on which the existence of JBI depends, is Bordynuik.

Yet since Bordynuik is not an officer or director, he has no accountability for the success or failure of the company.

What kind of a company is organized in such a way, so that the one person upon whose its success entirely depends, has absolutely no responsibility or accountability?

Why didn't they do something like make Bordynuik write out in precise detail the secret to his catalyst, and put that in a vault, and only allow access to the CEO (who bears all responsibility for everything that happens in this company)?

Why leave the fate of the company, and all the millions of dollars poured into it by investors, in the hands of an employee who isn't an officer and director?

What kind of a bizarre, ludicrous arrangement is this?!?!
