In the long run, the PPS will be much higher than .025. Here's why.
The 15MM shares purchased by Ironridge are the maximum number of shares (no more than 5% of the O/S) they can get for their $1MM. That means the PPS needs to move as high as .07 in order for ironridge folks to get their money back. But, I'm pretty sure those guys think much higher PPS.
