Does a license or product still exist?

PhoneGuard, Inc., a subsidiary of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OPMG) (PINKSHEETS: OPMG), a leading provider of mobile applications software, today announced that it has licensed Illume Software's iZup software for the enterprise market. The licensing agreement replaces the definitive agreement for the acquisition of Illume Software that was announced on January 30, 2012. Under the license agreement, Options Media will be making Illume's iZup enterprise software available to its clients. Terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
