I missed "everyone" calling for JB to step down. And let's face it, appointing a competent management team doesn't require a founder to give up his officer and director roles. In fact, no founder ever has given up his officer and director roles that I know of, unless the SEC forced such a move.

I do recall a number of people who believed that JB would NEVER voluntarily relinquish his O & D status and that the SEC would lose their "weak" case. Looks like they didn't even need to prosecute the case for that to be proven wrong. But I'm betting that's not enough. They'll want some disgorgement.

And once again, JB is NOT the CTO.
