Well now, reading through all that foo foo confusion, you might want to consider that no judge down under is going to wind-up anything of the company's in determining the validity of the claim.
Seems to be lots of fanfare down there that allows for wind-ups in the same proceeding as the merits which doesn't quite bode well in common law.

Nevertheless, Empire (of which GSLM is a subsidiary) is traded in the good 'ol US of A (America) So, you can rest assurred that no judge w/ a funny little wig is going to stop it from trading there (here), as well.

Moreover, as far as the alleged said debts you can more than likely attribute them to Smartwins loan debacle where they failed to pay for Hunts services as promised and presumeably for the associated damages of Dyson's fees for protection of the rig as it sat idle or for privite/eye'ing on those same clowns.

So, no worries, you've waited this long. Hope that clears it up a bit
