I was thinking that before someone could buy the license they would not automatically transfer, that what the specifications are within each agreement the T & C's would need to be reviewed first. They don't have to consent to the new ownership of the license, they are most likely non transferrable. Would need to see the fine print and this defenitely would go thru legal at MLB and the others.
