My understanding is based on the disclaimer (not on the SEC or whoever). There is a portion of shares which they agreed not to sell until after July 2, 2012. There was another portion of shares which the disclaimer states they can sell at any time and indeed I do believed they have sold them already. Adapt posted an e-mail in which they state they bought additional shares (after selling them)not too long ago.
