Dicks is in the final phases of building a huge dick in san diego...on sports arena blvd.... And there is a lot more than naval bases here....

There is a sub base, navy seal base, navy base all within 5 miles of san diego downtown...then there is an air force base 15 minutes north east of downtown and a marine base 30 minutes straight north.....we got it all!!.....

IMO great for short term and locked in contracts.....
