EK really did buy the 140mil assets for almost nothing and really did get threats made against him and really does fear them....

Because they pretty much gave him the assets to hide them for bankruptcy then will swoop them back after it is all done. Offshore account for them if you will. Of course they threatened him and make sure he knows what could happen if he tries to screw them. He feels used for his talent and as a tool for their profits while he gets scraps. He feels like Robin Hood by trying to tell us. He is looking to somehow take it from the big boys for the little guys (probably not us).

Just crazy thinking out load...not that it matters much...wouldn't mind the guy that made most of the stuff screwing the screwers.
