At this point, it's better to work on all the info. u can gather, I would think the more complaints, the better, even though DPS, was representing us thru his attorneys, I have no contact with him.
After anyone files a complaint, it is a long process after,
is why I would rather wait til we get a offer from the Co., rather than fight it in court.
Until then, I will work on gathering info. to forward to the SEC...
