If an rs was announced I would dump my shares then buy back in. But Jeff said he wouldn't do an rs, and he seems to be a man of his word so I'm really not worried about it. What I do see him doing is once KMAG gets a high level of cash flow, the company will do a high volume share buy back to lower the O/S and then retire the shares making it a more healthy transition without causing fear to the unknown results of a rs. Imo
