Here are more questions that need answering --
Will the Sahota group take over majority control of KATX ?
Will Ken Stead have any remaining say or influence from a minority position ?
Will he even be allowed to stay on the Board of Directors ?
Will they honor the spin-off commitment that Ken put in the S-1 ?
Will they roll back the KATX ?
Will they keep up the S E C filings better than Ken did ?
