A couple of things, meaty financials would help adjust pps to be more in line with company value. Also I agree with your summation on the jv / acquisition with the manufacturing company. It would be a good shot in the arm for the AUCI share price. There was just too much "merger fatigue" pertaining to that announcement. Over a year in the making made it less appealing psychologically. If AUCI would give the shareholders more information relating to fins, and do some deals as well as publicly declare some of their business dealings etc... There could actually be substantive talks on this board, As opposed to "market noise" as AUCI puts it. So I put that on them at least until we have enough information to keep posters busy with research.
