So are you saying there's something wrong with your status now? Couple of questions.

How are you going to finance this venture?

How will you deal with the bloated share structure?

What becomes of the minor stake in BVIG that KATX has?

How many producing wells?

These new wells or old dog reworked wells?

Depth of well and geo's determination of longevity? BBL reserves?

Horizontal or straight vert wells?

Oil? Gas? Condensates? How many bpd are we talking on the oil? MCF on the gas? Do you sell at the daily WTI price or hedged with a long term buyer?

Who's your driller? Simple questions to them would be helpful.

So lets not play here, IMO this is pure scam.
