According to the 2-11, it was already signed.

1. Expand the marketing and sales activity, especially in USA, China, UK, Brazil etc
2. In USA the main target is the retail market – drug store chains, worried parents, high schools and universities/colleges,
working place. IDenta Corp has signed already a vendor agreement with one of the largest drug store chains in the
states. The name of the drug store chain will be released in September 2012, when the drug detectors kits will be placed
on the shelf.
3.Invested a large sum of money (from the raised money) to develop a new system to pick up the traces of the suspected
substances. The new system will be finished in the summer of 2012.
4.Create a new applicator for the different detectors. The new applicator is able to detect suspected substances from
surfaces at a level of nanogram.
Since we have started the agreement with Oximeter plus ( 5-6 months ago) we have been able to develop many marketing tools
to be able to penetrate the retail- consumer markets in the states.
Due to the strong connections Oximeter Plus has already been able to finalize an agreement with one the largest drug store
chains in the USA.
I also expect the new system to pick up the traces of the suspected substances. to be released soon.
