It's hard to say...if there is any credence to the $140 million valuation of the technology then we could see a vast improvement over the current share price. It really all boils down to debt to equity ratio and what settlement agreement has already been pre-packaged in the Plan Support Agreement with the creditors as to how much equity remains to distribute to remaining equity holders. It also hinges on approval by the New York District Bankruptcy Court. Bottom line is some of those remaining equity holders are insiders and I guarantee they aren't going to settle for peanuts. Let the panic selling begin...I'm holding.
